It would be my pleasure to talk to you about the design and planning of your dream project. From a single room transformation, such as a bathroom or kitchen, to a whole home renovation, let’s start your Victoria interior design project with a phone conversation.
After our first phone conversation, we will set up a time for an in-home or virtual consultation. During this session, we will do a full walkthrough of the areas you plan to renovate. Together, we will explore the scope of your project, discuss your ideas and concepts for each space and talk about budget and timeline.
With information gathered from our initial consultation, I will create a carefully crafted plan and strategy that addresses the specific challenges and requirements of your space - a design solution that you can get excited about.

We will review together in person, and with your feedback, we will refine the design direction until you are satisfied, and we can move to the next step.
I enjoy a very hands-on approach to this process. This is a fun and exciting step. We will meet at different showrooms and retailers to make the design decisions together.
If shopping is not for you, don't worry, I will put together a selection of samples and bring them to you.
Once finalized, I will create a specification schedule where you can see and review all of your selections together. This will include details about each item, including Item | colour | finish | supplier | quantity etc.
We will use this detailed information to obtain quotes from suppliers. Keeping this information updated and accurate is critical.
Much like the selection process, I prefer a hands-on approach. I like to shop locally whenever we can, however, sometimes we need to shop further afield or online.
If that is the case, together we will review your vision board of furniture and accessories. I will help you refine the choices so that when you set off to shop in your favourite showrooms, you will be able to focus on specific pieces: the perfect sofa to sit on, the most beautiful bed to curl up in or the right rug to try barefoot.
Each project is different and so we will work together to find the right fit for you.
I will be with you throughout the life of the project to jump back into design as needed. Together, we will solve situations like an important product being back ordered or many / any other design dilemmas that occur during the course of renovation projects.
Design consultation is offered in 60, 90 and 120-minute sessions at $150.00 per hour, and on-site in the greater Victoria BC area with a 2-hour minimum.
Costing for your design and space planning projects will be estimated after the initial consultation.
