ORGANIZATION & COMMUNICATION ARE KEY OUR SUCCESS
I am very hands-on. I will choose each sub-trade to work on your unique project. My communication style is fluent, meaning I will be your conduit and communicator throughout your home renovation!
After our first phone conversation, we will set up a time for an in-home consultation. During this session, we'll walk through and review the areas you want to renovate. Together, we'll discuss your ideas, budget, and timeline. It's an exciting opportunity to explore your vision and lay the groundwork for an amazing transformation!
With information gathered from our initial consultation, I will first create a scope of work and budget estimate. I work with numbers from current and recent projects so that the budget is as close to realistic as possible. With this budget, we can find direction for actual selections we wish to make and identify areas where we may save as well as those where we can splurge.
Once we have finalized the reno budget for the scope we will hold a trade day where I invite the key tradespeople to come and review the site. This will allow them to provide accurate quotes and time estimates that we will include in our final budget and timeline for your project.
I create a Renovation Roadmap for each project in the form of a project binder. It is filled with plans, permit copies, engineering notes, specifications for products and details for every trade and team partner to have at their fingertips. The binder is easy for people onsite to reference quickly, and it stays onsite until the final day.
I keep you updated by text, phone calls and regular site meetings.
During the course of the project, I will consistently and clearly communicate with my crew and tradespeople to keep everyone on track. I will regularly check in to the site to determine where we are at, what needs to be done, and who is going to do it.
While you may not see me with a tool belt, do not be surprised if I show up with a trunk full of materials from time to time!

Our initial site meeting and project review consultation is billed at $150.00 per hour and on-site in the greater Victoria BC area with a 2-hour minimum.
